Becoming a great Reformer Pilates instructor is about more than learning the exercises. It's about understanding the equipment, the movement and the person in front of you — and knowing how to bring it all together.
Our Reformer Pilates Instructor Course combines online learning with face-to-face practical training right here in Wagga Wagga, where you'll learn in a real Pilates studio, practise on real bodies and be supported by experienced Pilates educator and mentor Kara Norris.

There's a difference between knowing an exercise and knowing how to teach it.
You'll develop your understanding of the Reformer repertoire while learning to set up and use the equipment safely, observe movement, communicate clearly, modify and progress exercises, and create purposeful Reformer classes and sessions.
